Submitting the registration form and registration fee holds you a spot in our program, layaway monthly installment payments will start on registration the following month classes are offered. The registration fee is non-refundable.
If you selected the payment plan option when registering remaining installment payments will come out on the listed recurring payment plan date. Selecting the payment plan option authorizes the scheduled recurring charges to your credit card.
All payments for year-long programming payments come out on the 1st of the month and school year programming come out on the 3rd of each month, regardless of your initial registration date the prior month when registering after the start of programming. (i.e. If registering on the 29th of September your next payment will still be drafted on the 1st or 3rd of October as scheduled).
All recurring payments for Fall park programs will come out on September 15th & October 15th. Recurring payment for Winter park programs will come out on January 5th. Recurring payments for Spring park programs will come out on March 15th and April 15th. Recurring payments for Summer park programs will come out on July 5th.
All payments are applied monthly to the total balance owed on the layaway product until product is paid in full.
Any discount from coupon codes or sibling discounts are deducted from the total owed and will be applied at the end of the season on the towards the final payment(s) once the product paid is paid in full. You must remain enrolled for the entire season to receive the discounts.
If you wish to cancel enrollment in Soccer Shots programming, you must send an email to [email protected]. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to dis-enrolling. Any payments scheduled within the 30 window will still be drafted, and your child will be removed from the roster the following month.
Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation for insufficient enrollment of, a refund will be made.
Our year long programming runs from late Aug/early September through the end of July. If your child is not attending the school over the summer for those programs, you must follow the cancellation policy and contact us in writing at [email protected] in advance so we may dis-enroll your child for the summer.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class or weather postponements. All weather postponed classes will be made up at a later dateand time. If time does not permit for all weather postponed classes to be made up prior to the start of the next season, a credit will be issued to your account for use in a future Soccer Shots session.
Any and all refunds/credits are issued at the discretion of Soccer Shots of North Florida.
Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. However not every location has an indoor option for us to use and we do want the children to receive as much instruction as possible, so at times we might meet on other weeknights or Saturdays for make-up sessions.
Transfers will be accommodated within the same season as long asthere is room in the class.
As our school year and year long programming runs from late August/early September through either May or late July we do have the following breaks planed in our programming listed above. The week of Thanksgiving (expect for Mondays), the weeks of December 20th, 27th and January 3rd, each counties respective spring break week, and the weeks of May 23rd and May 30th. These are planned breaks and are not missed sessions.
Our elementary school programs follow the district calendar and the preschool in those areas that follow the district calendar are also planned off and will not be made up as they are not missed sessions.
Park programs will follow the same break schedule as outline above if applicable. Any changes you will be notified by your coach via email and text.
Registration & participation in our programming authorizes us to take photos and share on our company social media pages.
In global or national/state emergency situation beyond our control, we will switch to an online educational platform and continue to provide our services. Billing will remain the same as services are still being rendered. You must follow the cancellation policy as outlined above in order to withdraw from the online platform.
The recognition and treatment of athletes who have suffered a concussion has become a national priority. As a result of increasing number of studies that have revealed that concussions, not properly treated, can result in permanent physical and cognitive deficits, including learning disabilities. The data also suggests that concussions can lead to the development of dementia and other long-term issues earlier than expected.
Recovery from a concussion requires limitation of physical activity, especially sports activities such as practice, drills, games, and physical education classes. In significantly symptomatic athletes, mental activity should also be limited cognitively to allow the brain time to heal. These activities may include limiting assignments, quizzes and test, allowing greater time to complete such academic tasks, and encouraging frequent breaks from cognitive stressors. Additionally, with all concussed athletes, such as activities as watching TV, texting, and computer use may also slow recovery.
In good faith for the protection of our participants, all athletic staff undergo concussion certificate training so they know the signs and symptoms to look out for. Please understand that if a coach or instructors feels that for the safety fo your child that they must be removed from practice or a game it is out of concern & protection for your child. The coach or instructors decision is final.
